Returns Eligibility
At Purely Fitted, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, applicable only for customers within Pakistan. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Sale items, discounted products, and undergarments are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash depending on the original payment method.
Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the same return process and clearly mention your exchange preference.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Important Points
- We ship exclusively within Pakistan.
- No international returns or exchanges are accepted.
- Returned items that do not meet our criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
